Shipping Policy: Delivery, Tracking and Discreet Packing

This page explains how orders from Luigi Carts are packed, how quickly they leave us, what shipping costs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit. If your question is not answered here, our contact page reaches us directly.

Processing Times

Orders are picked and packed on business days. Most orders placed before the daily cutoff leave the same day or the next business day. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day. During a new series launch, such as the Series 8 release, volume is higher and processing can take an extra day. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no product branding, no imagery, and no wording on the outside that indicates what is inside. The return label uses a neutral sender name. Inside, your devices travel sealed in their original cartons with the verification stickers untouched, so you can run the checks on our verification page the moment the box arrives.

Delivery Areas

We ship across the United States to addresses where these products are legal. Cannabis and hemp derived product rules vary by state and city and they change often, so we cannot ship everywhere. If your address falls in a restricted area we will contact you and refund the order in full rather than send a parcel that cannot legally be delivered. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Orders above the threshold shown in our site banner qualify for free shipping, which is the most economical way to buy if you are stocking up or splitting an order with friends. Bulk and wholesale orders are quoted separately, see our wholesale page for those rates.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can follow progress any time on our order tracking page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first movement after you receive the number, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Delivery Times

Once a parcel leaves us, delivery usually takes a few business days depending on how far it travels and which service applies to your address. Weather events, carrier backlogs, and holiday periods can add time, and those delays sit outside our control once the carrier has the package. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building first, since carriers sometimes mark a delivery early or leave it in a safe place. If it still has not appeared after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we will investigate. Parcels that arrive with crushed cartons or damaged devices are covered, photograph the packaging and the device before doing anything else and send the images with your claim. The full process is set out in our refund and returns policy.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address that are returned to us can be reshipped once you cover the return and resend cost. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us straight away, we can usually correct it before the label is printed.

Age Verification on Delivery

These products are for adults aged 21 and over. Some services require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure someone of legal age is available to receive the parcel, and note that carriers will not release an age restricted delivery to a minor.

Questions

For anything not covered here, reach us through the contact page with your order number and we reply within one business day. You may also find your answer in our FAQ, and our terms and conditions cover the wider rules that apply to every order.

Shipping Policy at a Glance

This shipping policy covers every order placed on this site. The short version: orders are processed within one business day, packaging is plain and unbranded, and tracking is issued the moment a parcel leaves. Everything else in this shipping policy is detail around those three points.

Orders covered by the Luigi Carts shipping policy, packed plain and unbranded
Every order ships under the shipping policy set out on this page.

Where this shipping policy applies

Our shipping policy applies to deliveries within the states where these products may lawfully be sold and received. Because those rules are set state by state rather than nationally, as the state by state overview explains, the shipping policy cannot override a local restriction and we will not attempt to.

If a parcel stops updating for more than three business days, contact us and we will open a trace. The shipping policy sets out what happens next in each case, including when a replacement is sent rather than a refund issued.

The label created stage generates more queries than every other stage combined, because a tracking number that exists but shows nothing reads as a problem when it is simply a label printed ahead of collection. Orders placed on a Friday evening will generally not move before Monday.

How Orders Are Packaged

Plain outer packaging. No branding, no product imagery, nothing on the exterior that indicates the contents. The label carries only what the carrier needs to deliver it.

Sealed retail boxes inside. Devices are not repackaged or transferred between boxes at any point, and batch codes remain intact and readable so you can verify on arrival.

Protection appropriate to the contents. Vape hardware contains a lithium cell and glass or ceramic components, and is packed to survive normal carrier handling.

Larger orders in master cartons. Wholesale tiers ship in their original master packaging rather than being broken down and repacked.

Verify what arrives on the day it arrives rather than a week later. Our verification guide covers what a passing check looks like, and doing it promptly keeps every option open if something is wrong.

Getting the Address Right

Almost every failed delivery is an address problem rather than a carrier failure, and all of the common causes are avoidable at checkout.

Include the apartment or unit number. This is the single largest cause of a returned parcel. A street address without a unit reaches the building and stops there.

Check what autofill inserted. Browser autofill silently substituting an old saved address is more common than people expect. Read the confirmation screen.

Add a company name for business addresses. A parcel arriving at a commercial building with only a personal name frequently cannot be routed internally.

Give a working phone number. Carriers call about access problems, and an unreachable number turns a small delay into a return to sender.

Spotting an error immediately after ordering usually means it can be corrected before dispatch. After collection it generally cannot. Contact us straight away through the contact page.

Where We Can and Cannot Ship

Cannabis remains federally prohibited in the United States even where individual states permit adult use, and that shapes what any seller in this category can lawfully do. Sellers advertising unrestricted nationwide shipping of THC products are making a claim worth examining rather than a reassurance.

Our city by city guide sets out the position in each major market, including the states where the honest answer is that there is no compliant route. Two of those city pages, covering Philadelphia and Miami, deliberately carry no purchase option at all because the legal position in Pennsylvania and Florida does not support one for non patients.

If you are unsure whether we can reach you, ask before ordering rather than after.

When Something Goes Wrong

Parcel not moving. Gaps of a day or two between scans are routine. Beyond about four business days on the same status, contact us with the order and tracking references so a carrier investigation can be opened. These run on fixed timetables, so raising it sooner is materially better than waiting.

Marked delivered but missing. Wait a few hours for a premature scan, check every plausible location, ask neighbours and building staff, then contact us within 48 hours. Carrier claim windows are short.

Arrived damaged. Photograph the packaging before opening it. That single photograph is the difference between a straightforward claim and a long conversation.

Wrong or missing items. Photograph everything that arrived, including the packaging, and contact us with the order number.

Full detail on tracking behaviour is on the order tracking page, and what is covered once a problem is confirmed is set out in the refund and returns policy.

Shipping Cost and Why Order Size Changes It

Shipping is a fixed cost per parcel rather than a cost per device, and that single fact changes the economics of a small order more than most buyers account for.

A single device carrying a flat shipping fee can land meaningfully above its listed price, which erases much of the advantage over walking into a store. The same fee spread across a ten pack is a fraction of a dollar per device. This is the strongest practical argument for buying at a tier even if you do not need ten devices immediately, and it compounds with the tier discount itself: the ten pack is both cheaper per unit and cheaper to ship per unit.

The price guide works through the full tier structure, and the puff calculator will tell you how long a given quantity actually lasts you, which is usually the number that decides whether buying ahead makes sense.

What Transit Does to the Product

Live resin is temperature sensitive, and a parcel spends time in vehicles and sorting facilities that are not climate controlled. This is worth understanding honestly rather than glossing over.

In practice the exposure is short and devices are sealed, so normal transit does not damage product. The exception is extreme conditions at either end of the year: a parcel sitting in a delivery vehicle through a July afternoon in a hot market, or on an unsheltered porch through a January night in a cold one.

Two things follow. Bring parcels indoors promptly rather than leaving them out overnight, particularly in summer. And if a device arrives cold enough that it will not draw, that is not damage. Let it reach room temperature standing upright for an hour before concluding anything, as covered in the guide to a device not hitting.

Wholesale Shipments

Volume orders behave differently from single parcels in several respects worth knowing before you place one.

Lead times lengthen with tier. A 25 count box moves on a similar timetable to a retail order. The 250 and 500 tiers take longer to prepare and longer in transit, which means seasonal stock needs ordering ahead of the season rather than into it.

Master cartons ship intact. Bulk orders are not broken down and repacked, so batch codes stay traceable across the shipment.

Inspect on arrival, not on sale. A master box opened two months after delivery makes a transit damage claim effectively impossible to substantiate. Open and spot check within a few days.

Spot check codes across the box. Scanning a sample from different parts of a large shipment is a proportionate check that takes minutes and is the standard defence against the one fraud that specifically targets bulk buyers.

Wholesale terms and tier pricing are set out on the wholesale page, with enquiries through the contact page.

Shipping Policy: Common Questions

Sealed cartons dispatched under the shipping policy

Plain outer packaging used under the shipping policy

When does this shipping policy start applying?

At dispatch. Under this shipping policy an order is accepted when it ships rather than when it is placed.

Does the shipping policy cover discreet packaging?

Yes. This shipping policy commits to plain outer packaging with nothing on the exterior identifying the contents.

What does the shipping policy say about lead times?

They lengthen with order size. The shipping policy treats a 25 count box like a retail order and larger tiers as slower to prepare.

Does the shipping policy cover transit damage?

It explains how to evidence it. Photograph packaging before opening, and this shipping policy routes the claim to the returns process.

Where can this shipping policy deliver?

Not everywhere. Cannabis is federally prohibited, so this shipping policy is bounded by what is lawful rather than by ambition.

Does the shipping policy charge per device or per parcel?

Per parcel, which is why small orders carry shipping disproportionately under this shipping policy.

What if my address was wrong?

Tell us immediately. This shipping policy allows corrections before dispatch and almost never after collection.

Does the shipping policy apply to wholesale?

With additions. Master cartons ship intact and this shipping policy asks bulk buyers to inspect on arrival rather than on sale.
